The Jeddah plan is an urban and socio-economic development strategy for the Jeddah city/region.

As part of a Masters in Urban Design, this project expored the development potential of Old Oak Common.

Faced with the challenge of containing Riyadh’s rapid expansion west, the client needed a creative way of reinforcing the urban limits of the city, whilst protecting the pristine natural environment.

Adam led the Happold Consulting team to create an evidence-led development strategy for a rapidly growing local economy.

Following the successful delivery of the Jeddah Strategic Plan,Happold Consulting were asked to lead on the strategic development of a 120 km2 greenfield site on the outskirts of Jeddah.
