Project Description
CDS was appointed to conduct an appraisal of an existing 3.5Ha masterplan to identify opportunities for enhancing the development. The review considered options to improve the sites market appeal, viability, general design, and deliverability. The review included the redesign of Phase 1 to add a further 60 homes and remove duplication of highway infrastructure. The project is one of three projects which will make up the initial portfolio of Amaken’s Egypt development business.
