Langdon Hills, Essex UK

Langdon Hills is a new luxury residential development in Essex, UK.  The 27-hole golf course was recently acquired by Heronslea Group and is undergoing an enormous makeover.  The site will include a new clubhosue, including spa, leusure and conference facilities which will include generous outdoor dining and leisure spaces; new entry experience; driving range and practice academy; as well as numerous high-end residential properties and aged-care village.  

 The landscape will be a mix of formal country estate gardens, sitting alongside the more natural golf course landscapes.  At the heart of the residential development will be a multi-purpose village green.  

CDS is responsible for the Landscape Design from concept through to construciton, with the development commencing in 2021.
