Project Description
Chez Wilson was a private commission for a Canadian family based in London. The family had a luxury residence on the Island of Nevis and were looking to undertake systematic redevelopment of the home and grounds. At the core of the house was an enclosed courtyard which was visible from all areas of the propety, as well as providing access to the newly built roof-top annex.
A major challenge for the project was securing materials all of which had to be imported adding enormously to the construction costs. The end project utilised excess materials from previous interior renovations helping to reinforce the links between the courtyard and the homes interior.
